Appeal, No. 486, Jan. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1967, No. 416, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. William English. Judgment of sentence affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with robbery. Before BRADLEY, J.

Verdict of guilty of robbery. Defendant's motion in arrest of judgment denied and motion for new trial granted. Commonwealth appealed to the Supreme Court, which reversed the order of the court below and remanded the case for imposition of sentence. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
