Criminal proceedings under the Post Conviction Hearing Act. Recklessly endangering and aggravated assault upon a police officer. Before WALSH, J. Nos. 2443 Oct. T., 1979 and 1184 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence and order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Criminal Division, No. 1780 of 1977.
