Indictments charging defendants with recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, corruption of morals of minors, and criminal conspiracy. Before BERTOLET, J. Both defendants found guilty of recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief, and defendant, Eckert, convicted of corruption of morals of minors, and judgments of sentence entered. Defendants appealed. Appeals, Nos. 628 and 676, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Nos. 76098701 and 76098801. Argued September 12, 1978.
