Indictments charging defendant with criminal conspiracy, knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and weapons offenses. Before GOLDMAN, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and of weapons offenses and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2013, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, No. 74-10-1619. Submitted December 6, 1976.
