Indictments charging defendant with rape, statutory rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corrupting the morals of a minor and simple assault. Before McGOWAN, J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and simple assault and guilty of statutory rape and corrupting the morals of a minor and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 272, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7603908. Submitted November 14, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
