Criminal proceedings. Theft, deception, forgery, securing execution of documents by deception and violation of the bad check statute. Before DAVENPORT, J. No. 2928 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Criminal Division, No. 3263 of 1979.
