Indictments charging defendant with theft by extortion, criminal conspiracy and robbery. Before KING, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of criminal conspiracy and robbery and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 399, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1975, Nos. 2080 and 2081. Submitted June 14, 1976.
