Indictments charging defendant with rape, criminal conspiracy, unlawful possession of instruments of crime and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Before RIBNER, J. Appeal, No. 1323, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1974, Nos. 48 to 51, inclusive. Submitted September 11, 1975.
