Indictments charging defendant with robbery, theft of movable property, theft by receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person, possession of prohibited offensive weapons, possession of instruments of crime and assault. Before TREDINNICK, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1730, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1976, No. 2840. Submitted October 8, 1976.
