December 29, 1978. Petition for Allowance of Appeal Denied May 21, 1979.

Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Before STEFAN, J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty of receiving stolen property. Defendant found guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1738, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 1951.B-76. Submitted December 31, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
