Indictments charging defendant with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, possession of an instrument of crime, assault and terroristic threats. Before KLEIN, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1493, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1975, Nos. 823 to 827, inclusive. Argued September 16, 1976.
