Indictment charging defendant with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance. Before MORGAN, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 292, March T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, No. 793 of 1976. Submitted March 13, 1978.
