Indictments charging defendant with larceny, receiving stolen goods, operating a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner and conspiracy. Before MOUNTENAY, J. Appeal, No. 443, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Nos. 1924 and 1924-1 of 1971. Argued March 20, 1975.
