Indictments charging defendant with criminal conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime, carrying a firearm unlawfully, criminal trespass, burglary and robbery. Before SHOYER, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of possession of an instrument of crime and robbery and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2415, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1976, Nos. 0013 to 0017, inclusive. Argued September 14, 1978.
