Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of drugs with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of drugs. Before BLAKEY, III, J. Verdict of guilty of unlawful possession of drugs with intent to deliver and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 22, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of York County, May T., 1973, No. 79. Argued March 8, 1976.
