Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Before STOUT, J. Appeal, No. 360, Oct. T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Feb. T., 1967, No. 1179. Submitted June 10, 1968.
