Indictments charging defendant with riot, riotous destruction of property, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to kill, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and conspiracy. Before LOWE, J. Appeal, No. 329, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1971, No. 31. Argued March 21, 1973.
