Indictment charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking of movable property. Before BERTOLET, J. Verdict of guilty on indictment entered. Defendant's motion for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1341, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 1410 of 1974. Argued December 6, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
