Criminal proceedings. Criminal attempt to commit murder, using or possessing a prohibited offensive weapon, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, unlawful restraint, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, robbery, theft by unlawful taking, and kidnapping. Before ESHELMAN, P.J. No. 2319 Oct. T., 1977. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 76049601.
