Indictments charging defendant with assault, possession of an instrument of crime, resisting arrest and robbery. Before JAMISON, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, resisting arrest and robbery. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 167, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T. 1976, Nos. 1273 to 1276, inclusive. Submitted June 13, 1977.
