Indictments charging defendant with rape and corruption of morals of minors. Before ANTHONY, J. Verdict of guilty of statutory rape and corruption of morals of minors and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant filed petition under Post Conviction Hearing Act and order entered sustaining defendant's claim of ineffectiveness of post-trial counsel and defendant granted leave to perfect a direct appeal, nunc pro tunc. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 420, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, No. 1086 of 1975. Argued October 23, 1978.
