Criminal proceedings. Involuntary manslaughter, homicide by vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol. Before CALDWELL, J. No. 12 Harrisburg 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Criminal Division, Nos. 858, 858A and 858B CD of 1979. Submitted June 22, 1981.
