Appeal, No. 474, Jan. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1971, No. 1622, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Pernell Custis. Judgment affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Before WILLIAMS, JR., J., without a jury.

Verdict of guilty of carrying concealed deadly weapon and of murder in the second degree. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
