Indictment charging defendant with possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, possession of a controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance. Before GOODHEART, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 977, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1976, Nos. 62 and 63. Submitted September 12, 1977.
