Appeal, No. 348, Jan. T., 1967, from order of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Philadelphia County, May T., 1965, No. 1292, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Paul Crosby. Order affirmed.

Proceeding under Post Conviction Hearing Act.

Petition denied after hearing. Defendant appealed.
