Indictment charging defendant with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy. Before PALMER, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1960, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, No. 321 of 1977. Submitted December 6, 1977.
