Indictments charging defendant with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy and knowingly possessing a controlled substance. Before MURPHY, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty as to robbery, aggravated assault and criminal conspiracy. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 240, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Mar. T., 1977, Nos. 1455, 1456 and 1457. Submitted September 15, 1978.
