Indictment charging defendant with violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license and simple assault. Before SALMON, J. Appeal, No. 291, April T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No. 246 of 1974. Submitted November 17, 1975.
