Indictment charging defendant with robbery, recklessly endangering another person and conspiracy. Before CURRAN, P.J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1050, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County, March T., 1975, Nos. 161 and 163. Submitted March 30, 1977.
