Appeals, Nos. 666, 667, and 668, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, 1966 Sessions, Nos. 4443, 4448, and 4450. Indictments charging defendant with assault with intent to rob and robbery, assault and battery and indecent assault, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, rape, and burglary with intent to commit a felony. Submitted September 14, 1966.
