Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, corrupting the morals of a minor, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license, and resisting arrest. Before CHUDOFF, J. Appeal, No. 142, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1971, No. 631. Argued June 16, 1972.
