COMMONWEALTH v. Todd Robert CONNELLY.

In addition, the jury were entitled to infer from the fact that the defendant tried immediately thereafter to call another five times, as well as an additional six times later that day—all without leaving a change of address message—that the purpose of his first call was not limited to providing a change of address.
