Indictments charging defendant with robbery and possession of an instrument of crime generally. Before ANDERSON, J. Verdict of not guilty of robbery and guilty of possession of an instrument of crime and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1918, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1975, No. 245. Submitted March 21, 1977.
