ORDER
PER CURIAM
AND NOW, this 19th day of October, 2021, in consideration of the "Petition to Withdraw," this matter is REMANDED to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County for that court to determine whether Jerrae Colbert's current counsel should be granted leave to withdraw.
If current counsel is permitted to withdraw, the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County is ORDERED to determine whether Jerrae Colbert should be granted leave to proceed pro se.
The Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County is ORDERED to enter its determination regarding this remand within 90 days and to notify this Court promptly of its determination.
