September 3, 1982.

Criminal proceedings. Murder and voluntary manslaughter, possession of instruments of crime, possession of instrument of crime, concealed weapon, carrying firearms on a public street or public property and unlawfully carrying firearms without a license. Before IVINS, J. No. 2679 Philadelphia 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Trial Division, Nos. 1600, 1602 and 1603, Sept. T., 1980.
