Indictments charging defendant with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Before RIDGE, J., without a jury. Defendant's demurrer to charge of unlawfully carrying a firearm sustained and defendant found not guilty of possession of a controlled substance and guilty of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 434, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. 7502826A. Submitted November 8, 1976.
