Proceedings under Post Conviction Hearing Act. Order entered dismissing petition, order by CAIN, Jr., J. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which remanded case to court below for an evidentiary hearing. Order entered denying petition with leave to file an appeal, nunc pro tunc, from the judgment of sentence. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 488, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1972, Nos. 360, 361, and 362. Submitted June 22, 1976.
