Indictment charging defendant with burglary, robbery, simple assault, conspiracy, unlawful possession of instruments of crime and carrying a firearm on a public street. Before KING, J. Appeal, No. 311, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1973, Nos. 265 to 270, inclusive. Submitted June 16, 1975.
