Criminal proceedings. Burglary, theft by unlawful taking, theft by receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Before AVRIGIAN, J. No. 1360 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Criminal Division, No. 1051 of 1979.
