Appeal, No. 109, Jan. T., 1945, from judgment of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1944, No. 105, which affirmed judgment of Q. S. Phila. Co., March Sessions, 1944, No. 6, in case of Commonwealth v. Robert L. Chalfant. Judgment affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 156 Pa. Super. 307.

Appeal from summary conviction before magistrate. Before PARRY, J., without a jury.

Defendant adjudged guilty and sentenced. Defendant appealed to Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment of the court below. Appeal by defendant to Supreme Court allowed.
