Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, burglary, theft by unlawful taking and theft by receiving stolen property. Before GUARINO, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery, conspiracy and theft. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1469, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1975, Nos. 1496 to 1499, inclusive. Argued December 9, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
