Indictment charging defendant with the unlawful sale of untaxed cigarettes, violation of the Cigarette Tax Act and conspiracy. Before GUTOWICZ, J. Appeals, Nos. 1668 to 1670, inclusive, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1968, Nos. 75, 76 and 77. Submitted March 22, 1971.
