Criminal proceedings. Rape, terroristic threats, burglary, criminal trespass, robbery, theft and receiving stolen property. Before DAVISON, J. No. 1605 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, No. 14 of 1978. Submitted March 31, 1981.
