Indictment charging defendant with aggravated robbery and burglary. Before SHIOMOS, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 710 and 711, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1971, Nos. 376 and 377. Argued September 18, 1973.
