Indictments charging defendant with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and involuntary manslaughter. Before HENDERSON, P.J. Appeal, No. 586, April T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, No. 1019 of 1969, and Nos. 490A and 490B of 1970. Argued April 13, 1972.
