Indictments charging defendant with assault with intent to commit sodomy, solicitation to commit sodomy, and assault and battery. Before BRADLEY, J. Appeals, Nos. 1295 and 1296, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1968, No. 216 and 217. Submitted June 21, 1971.
