Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of instruments of crime, carrying firearms on a public street or public property, unlawfully carrying firearms without a license and robbery. Before PRATTIS, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1420, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 143, 144, and 145. Submitted September 8, 1975.
