Indictments charging defendant with robbery, theft by extortion, aggravated and simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, criminal conspiracy, and resisting arrest or other law enforcement. Before KING, J., non-jury. Defendant pleaded guilty to robbery and simple assault, and judgment of sentence entered. Remaining charges nol prossed. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1836, Oct. T., 1977, from the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1976, Nos. 2248 and 2250. Argued September 12, 1978.
