Indictments charging defendant with burglary and conspiracy. Before GREENBERG, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1737, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1975, Nos. 1337 and 1338. Argued December 9, 1975.
