Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle with a defaced serial number, unlawful possession of a dangerous drug with intent to deliver, possession of a dangerous drug and carrying a firearm without a license. Before HEIMBACH, P.J. Verdict of guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a defaced serial number, possession of a dangerous drug and carrying a firearm without a license and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 276, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Carbon County, June T., 1974, Nos. 8 and 11. Argued March 19, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed, and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which had not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
